Our annual Pumpkin Patch is the Miami Lakes' event of the season. This year, the pumpkin patch will run from October 1st through 31st and will feature vendors, photo ops, our Pumpkin Patch princess, entertainment, and much more!

Hope Miami Lakes United Methodist Church proudly announces the return of the highly anticipated fall event, our 23rd Annual Pumpkin Patch.  The Pumpkin Patch will be held October 1-31, 2021, from 10am-9pm. Our pumpkin shipments arrive at 4pm on October 1, 13, and 22. Students needing volunteer hours can sign up online at General admission is $4 Monday-Thursday and $6 Friday through Sunday, as we’re planning lots of fun entertainment on the weekends. Children 12 years old and under are admitted free with a paying adult. Admission price includes a $2 pumpkin buck toward the pumpkin or gourd of your choice exceeding $2. This year we will have beautiful pumpkins of all sizes, pumpkin bread, weekend performances with our Pumpkin Patch Princess and friends, goodies to eat and drink, balloon creations, face painting, and digital photography for sale. Through proceeds from the annual Pumpkin Patch and in partnership with Feeding South Florida, our church was able to provide food for hundreds of families for fifty-six weeks during the onset of the pandemic. The Pumpkin Patch is our major fundraising event of the year and our main source of funding for community outreach and missions. We thank you in advance for your support and patronage. 


As part of our Pumpkin Patch offerings, Flanigan’s Dinner and Show of Illusion will be Saturday, October 23rd. Both adults and kids love this event each year! The cost for adults is $12 and $6 for children age 12 and under. Dinner will be available from Flanigan’s Food Truck from 5:30-8:30pm and may be picked up before or after the show. The show begins at 6:30pm. If you’d like to attend the show only, the cost is $5 per person at the door. Purchase your tickets in advance at our church office or call 305-821-7274. Tickets will also be available at the Pumpkin Patch Sales Center and onsite the night of the event. 

School Field Trips will be held every weekday morning beginning Monday, October 4th and running through Friday, October 29th. The children will enjoy our playground with tunnels and landings, an awesome obstacle course, jokes, songs, and our brand new inflatable Corn Maze. All our activities are sure to entertain and educate children up through 4th grade. Cost is $8.00 per child and includes all the interactive activities, songs, refreshments (cookies and lemonade or water), a little pumpkin for each child, a goodie bag which includes a coin for a free kid’s meal at any Flanigan’s restaurant, and a group photo for the classroom.
