I scream, you scream, we all hallowscream for S’MORES!

You are invited to join us in the Patch this Saturday for a bonfire and s’mores starting at sundown. The bonfire will be held in field separate from the Patch. No entrance fee will be charged for the bonfire! The s’mores are just 2$!

Bring a blanket to sit on, and gather the family around for this fun filled night.

Just leave the alcohol at home.

Come early and check out the Patch!

Admission to the Patch is only 3 dollars for adults and kids under 12 are free (as long as they are with a paying adult)! You will receive a 3 dollar pumpkin buck that can be applied to the purchase of your pumpkin this year!

At 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm the Hope Sound Band will be playing top 40’s clean hit songs!

We work really hard to make the Patch better every year so that more families can enjoy a night of fun.

What does this have to do with Jesus? The Patch and Winterfest are our main fundraising opportunities for the year and these events support all our missions. Examples of missions we have done building projects in Haiti, toiletries and clothes for the Miami Rescue Mission, and hurricane relief in Marathon and Big Pine. As well as, individual missions for families that needed home repairs and supplies. Also there is a real need in our society for fun family friendly activities that are not centered around alcohol. We weekly hold Celebrate Recovery meets for people who are trying to recover from hurts, habits, and hang ups. One of the main hurts that people are trying to recover from is alcohol abuse. That is why we use grape juice instead of wine for communion and do not allow alcohol on Church property. So that everyone has a safe place to enjoy worship and fellowship. Thank you for supporting Hope- Miami Lakes UMC!
