This has been a heart breaking week as we all try to adjust to what happened. Many in our congregation know parents of children that attend the school in Parkland. And we are in mourning. This week’s sermon addresses our pain, and the pain of our neighbors, and offers us a way to proceed.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Please watch it.
To our families, friends, and neighbors:
We are praying, writing letters, and fighting to be a light of hope in this world. We do not believe that it is acceptable for our children to be murdered at school or in our neighborhoods. We are a blessed country and there is a way to protect our children and our rights.
